If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return any Product(s) you may do so within a few days from the date of receipt in its original packaging. All Product(s) returned must be unworn and in new and unused condition. The Product(s) with any indication that they were used, damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted. In such cases, the Product(s) will be returned to you, the customer, and additional shipping costs will be charged.

Costs related to returns & exchanges

The cost to return and or exchange the product is not covered and or reimbursed by us unless the product is genuinely faulty in which case we will replace the piece free of charge and return costs.

In the event of a general return or exchange, we would suggest you utilize a reputable courier company that not only ensures the product during transit but also permits the tracking of the item concerned

The conditions under which cancellation & replacement will be allowed include,
a) The wrong product was sent by the merchant.

b) The product is defective.

c) The product was damaged in shipping.

d) The item was not delivered on the agreed time.

Refund processes 

When your return is received by us we will notify you by email. We will again notify you of the approval once the condition of the item has been ascertained. Once approved a refund can be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment excluding original delivery costs,

Shipping policy

We ship and deliver within UAE. Orders will be processed within a few business days of receiving the authorized payment, subject to special requirements or specifications, credit card clearance, stock, your location, address verification, shipping time, and customs delay. For any unreasonable delay, we will contact you via email.

When your order is shipped, an email is sent to you informing you of the tracking number.

In the event of unsuccessful delivery, for any reason, you refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your order will be returned to us and you will be charged for the additional duties, and taxes and shipping costs.

Delivery Policy

“We will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.

All requests for exchange and returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or the warranty card.

All of the terms and conditions given shall always be governed by and created under the backdrop of the laws currently in the UAE and as applicable in its respective emirates.
